Product Support Executive

6 Months - 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule and conduct product demos
  • Explain product features clearly to clients
  • Handle customer queries and provide solutions
  • Coordinate with Project Managers/Developers for issue resolution
  • Follow up to ensure timely closure of queries

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year experience in support/client handling
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of software/CRM tools (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
